breakfast:
  • 4 Kavli cripsbreads
  • 4 slices of veg pâté
  • coffee (at home*)
lunch:
  • 1 avocado*
  • 1.5 cups of potato-edamame samosa-style filling
  • 1 large flax flour tortilla to wrap up the filling
  • water
  • (now I'm stuffed)
snack:
  • 1 ginger and 1 peanut butter choco chip cookie
dinner:
  • Curry Pad Thai
  • 1 beer
vitamins:
  • B12, B6, B9, iron, calcium
