Food log | December 8, 2006

breakfast:
  • 3/4 cup of Bran Buds
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 tbsp ground flax*
  • 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk*
  • coffee (@home*)
lunch:
  • 1.5 cup of chickpeas*
  • 1 cup leftover sloppy joe stuff
snack:
  • small handful of chocolate chips
  • small tastes of various party foods as they cooked
dinner:
  • 1/2 Amy's roasted vegetable cheeseless pizza
  • 3 Kavli crackers
  • 1/3 block of veg pâté
  • 2 mixed drinks (1 rum, 1 crown royal) with club soda and grapefruit juice
vitamins:
  • B12, B6, B9, iron, calcium
water:
