breakfast:
- 3/4 cup of Bran Buds
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp ground flax*
- 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk*
- coffee (@home*)
- 1.5 cup of chickpeas*
- 1 cup leftover sloppy joe stuff
- small handful of chocolate chips
- small tastes of various party foods as they cooked
- 1/2 Amy's roasted vegetable cheeseless pizza
- 3 Kavli crackers
- 1/3 block of veg pâté
- 2 mixed drinks (1 rum, 1 crown royal) with club soda and grapefruit juice
- B12, B6, B9, iron, calcium
