So, I've slacked with this for over a week. Meh.
breakfast:
- 3/4 cup of large old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup light vanilla Natura soymilk (poured over the oats, eaten at work, uncooked)
- 2 tbsp ground flax, Bob's Red Mill
- Tetley jasmine green tea
- coffee at work
- 4 yellow corn tortillas*
- 1 avocado*
- 1 tomato, locally grown
- 1 large Alternative Baking Company Oatmeal Raisin cookie (see swap post)
- coffee
- 1 Amy's bean burrito
- salad of lettuce, radishes, carrots, green pepper, hemp seeds, walnuts, Brianna's Poppy Seed Dressing
- 3 glasses of red wine
- handful of tortilla chips
vitamins
- B6, B12, Folic Acid
