- spiced chai with soy creamer, coffee at work
- 1/2 cup of müsli with 2 strawberries, ground flax and salba (includes almonds, walnuts, pepitas, and sunflower seeds)
- salad with cucumber, quinoa*, carrots*, celery, pea sprouts*, hummus, kale, radishes, lemon juice
- water
- a few strawberries
- 1 slice of cheeseless pizza
- water
