Food Log | February 2, 2007
breakfast (I cut down on my morning fibre intake - I think I eated too much of it):
- a bowl of about 1/2 cup of rolled oats* moistened with hot water, mixed with
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 1/2 handful of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup granola
- coffee* (not mixed with the above :) )
- 2 bean burritos - beans, white tortillas, sauce
- about 8 of the boy's french fries
- 1 cup of sliced cucumbers mixed with
- 1/4 of a beet (sliced)
- 3 radishes
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- sesame oil and lemon juice
- 4 slices of cheeseless pizza
- 1 glass of wine
- 1 can of diet pepsi
- large handful of BBQ peanuts
- sublingual B12
*organic
