Food Log | February 2, 2007

breakfast (I cut down on my morning fibre intake - I think I eated too much of it):
  • a bowl of about 1/2 cup of rolled oats* moistened with hot water, mixed with
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/2 handful of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • coffee* (not mixed with the above :) )
lunch:
  • 2 bean burritos - beans, white tortillas, sauce
  • about 8 of the boy's french fries
snack:
  • 1 cup of sliced cucumbers mixed with
  • 1/4 of a beet (sliced)
  • 3 radishes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • sesame oil and lemon juice
dinner:
  • 4 slices of cheeseless pizza
  • 1 glass of wine
  • 1 can of diet pepsi
  • large handful of BBQ peanuts
Vitamins:
  • sublingual B12
