One a day Chickpea goodness

chickpeas. on their own, in a salad, as a salad, in soup, as hummus, roasted, in chili.. they’re awesome. I just ate a container of chickpeas mixed with hot dijon, sun-dried tomato dressing, cayenne pepper and lots of fresh black pepper… for breakfast.
